A feature that enables you to send files to customers and seamlessly integrate them into your workflow.
To obtain a link for adding a file, you have two options:
Direct Link: Use a hosted link that ends with .png, .jpeg, or .mp4.
WhatsApp Bot:
Start by sending a message like "hi" to our WhatsApp bot.
Once the bot responds, reply with the message "media."
Upload the file you wish to get a link for.
The bot will then provide a link, which you can copy and paste into your node media setup.
you can also add the link as Variable with {{#link}} and add before the Node "Catch Hook Node"
If there are no multiple-choice options, the automatic media question will turn into an image + an open text question.
