An alert message is very similar to a closing message but more sophisticated.
The alert message allows you to send something to the customer upon completion, as well as an additional alert to a representative in your business or to yourself, of course.
The alert will be sent directly to the WhatsApp number you choose.
For example, the customer will receive:
"Thank you very much for your time.
A representative will contact you soon. 🙏"
And the Agent will receive:
"Hey, there's a new customer who has filled out their details"
Of course, you can be dynamic and send various data such as order summaries, notes, tasks, and more.
